Maximize Your Priority Pass Benefits in the U.S. – Portland Edition

Priority Pass

House Spirit Distillery

It’s well known among the frequent traveler/blogger community that the Priority Pass lounge network within the U.S. is sparse vs. it’s expansive offerings across many other countries. That said, whenever flying domestically we typically check whether any Priority Pass lounges may come in handy.

Limited Time SPG Amex Offer – 35,000 Points, and Southwest Companion Pass Opportunity!

SPG Amex Offer

We live in the golden age of travel. You can fly to anywhere in Europe even from the U.S. West Coast for less than $100 one way (Wow Air), or you can sign up for a bunch of credit cards and be flying free in a relatively short period of time.

SPG just initiated a limited time SPG Amex offer that will net you 35,000 points if you spend $5,000 within the first six months. The same offer is available for the SPG Business credit card as well, albeit at a higher spend requirement. Why is this so compelling, and so timely?
